Playing Poker with Your Date in Recession
June 7, 2009
In today’s economic times, every person is looking for a long lasting, lawful and genuine relationship. They don’t like any unstable relationship. Unstable relationships causes stress and in these economic times, when everybody is already overloaded with financial stress, you don’t want any other type of problem in your life. The economic times have reduced dates to a great extent. People do not have time roaming around with their dates in malls, market places or restaurants. The matchmaking websites have reduced their membership fees to upto 20% because of recession.
So if you have a date, what to do? Going to the bar is not a good idea; rather the dates which are kept descent and simple are the ones which are remembered the most. Also, when every other person is looking for a job and do not have much money, you can’t take your date to a pub or bar and throw money. Here, a poker game or a board game like chess or checkers can be handy. You can invite your date to your home for a game which would rather be useful in getting knowing each other and would be more economic too.
A question that comes to everybody’s mind is how to plan a date so that it turns out to be perfect and also not expensive. Rather than going to a bar, playing poker or a board game at home will be more authenticated. You can cook the food at home at dim the lights so that it looks nice and romantic. A candle light dinner after the game can also be a good idea. This will not hurt your pocket as well as will plan out to be perfect. You can play poker, Blackjack, or roulette. If you want you can bet. But without betting, the wallet in your pocket will be much happier.
