Sun Poker to Host ECOOP V

Sun Poker is hosting a full week of online poker tournaments with the fifth European Championship of Online Poker. This event will start on Monday, November 23 and will conclude Sunday, December 6.
(Note – Sun Poker does not accept players from the U.S.)

From now through December 6, you can play satellites for all of the tournaments at ECOOP V. Buy-ins into these satellites are as low as $5.50 and there is a guaranteed total prize pool of $4,550,000 available throughout the week!

23/11/2009 – ECOOP V #1 – No Limit Hold’em

This No Limit tournament will kick the championship off with $250,000 guaranteed. Buy-ins are $200 + $15 and you will receive 3,000 chips to start with. Blinds increase every 20 minutes.

25/11/2009 – ECOOP V #3 – No Limit Hold’em Turbo R/A (Re-buy and Add-on)

This No Limit Hold’em tournament will be pushed at a fast and frenetic pace. You start with 2,000 in chips. Blinds go up every 7 minutes and you have the option to re-buy or add-on if you begin to fall behind. Buy-ins are $100 + $9 and the total prize pool will be $200,000.

The fifth tournament of the championship features Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo. The prize pool is worth $100,000 and buy-ins are $100 + $9. You will have 2,000 chips to start the tournament and levels increase every 15 minutes.

Limit Hold’em is a different version of playing than most people are used to. You can only bet and raise the blind. This is another tournament with a 6 person per table max and has a guaranteed prize pool of $100,000. You receive 2,000 in starting chips and blinds increase every 15 minutes.
